I know I’m brave but these four walls in this cave tell me otherwise!
Yes, wise I am and don’t you ever forget it!
Could it be I’m really talking to me?
If not you then who?
The darkness clouds my judgement.
Close your eyes and just breathe.
Sit & be still…it’s your time to heal!
The flow of my breath, the pattern of my heart beat and the rhythm of my thoughts align at once!
Remember who you are!
You are HER, you are that girl.
That girl who diminishes self doubt, yet devours self worth!
That girl who eliminates fear, yet initiates the power to hear.
Power, now that I have,
The power to be me, unapologetically.
The power to rise above what tries to stop me.
Faith carries me…
it’s the light to my sun, the vitamin to my body, the yes to the no’s.
Yes, I am a brave, I no longer reside in a cave.
