I love this video from my shoot with Spiritual Branding Photo + Film 𖤓☽ 3 years ago. Featuring natural sounds of the rattle (sonaja), wind and river.
May the sound soothe your soul 🌀🐚🌿

Sound has the power to heal. Our ancestors knew the power of the drum, the rattles, the hums, the chants, the songs. We were always imitating nature and her natural healing sounds. That's why sound is so important and in ceremonies.

In curanderismo and indigenous wisdom, sound dispels bad energy, stagnant energy thats been built up. The gunk that our mental, energetic and ethereal plasma bodies hold. Science has recently caught up to what the elders knew long ago. Sound is frequency and it has the ability to heal and to bring into coherence the mind, body, spirit.

Thank you to my ceremony godmother for the gift.
It has served me in many ways.

I offer sound in my "shamanic" healing sessions, in pre and post partum care sessions, yoni steams, intuitively curated sessions and by request. 🪶✨️

Took a snapshot before working on the other side to show you how the face reacts easily to lymphatic drainage and mini* wood therapy!

Face sessions are $40 and include buccal and red light therapy.

Full body sessions are still $100 for up to 2 and half hours. (Trying to beat my record!)

Message me to book or book yourself in!

I made this beautiful friend before the night of this last eclipse was over. A fated crossing and weaving of paths due to a synchronicities and a mutual spiritual elder of these lands 🪶

We gathered here by the river to make offerings to the four directions, the land and water in the way our ancestors and elders taught us. 💧

Pilar is here following her calling to be here in Utah to share her medicine and the medicine of her people. She's offering seeds and weavings of peace and healing and limpias (energetic cleansings) to heal the body, the mind the spirit and to help clear homes and sacred spaces.
She's also carrier of powerful plant medicine. 🌿

If you are curious, or feeling a call for healing in these ways please reach out. Let's support the sister in her calling and path of weaving connection. Following the path and prophecy of the eagle and condor. A vision held by the ancient ones that one day the north and the south (and the world) would unite and bring their medicines together in a beautiful cultural exchange of unity and peace for all living beings. 🤎

I want to make a "Client Case Study/Testimonial" and vulnerable share about why I love Shaelyn and why she's literally my #1 client ,mvp, vip.

I first worked on Erik who loved my massage and referred me to his wife Shae . When I first met Shay, let's just say, she was an anxious nervous wreck (sorry Shae 🙊🙈) The more she came the more I noticed her calm and relax. Over time I've noticed something happen. She's really relaxed into her becoming. I've watched her become this radiant being who is more and more unapologetically herself. And that is so beautiful to me, besides the fact that she's already gorgeous 😍 ❤️

Now Shae has been coming to for years now. I like to say she solely runs, supports and supplies this business. She gets 2 hours everytime and pays my full rate. This isn't to rub it anyone's face but to say that I love that she honors my time and my worth.

I know business owners are taught not to disclose these things but there have been many times when Shae has saved me. Literally. Times when I didn't have money to buy groceries or pay my bills. And then I get that text for a massage request out of no where. Everytime.

I know they say that there shouldn't be a relationship between clients and practicioners but I love being friends with my clients. Why wouldn't we be? When they disclose they're deepest things, what they are going through with us. We create a bond and safety and that's real, human connection. Don't we all need that?

Back to Shae. Shae you're a godsend. Thank you for supporting me and my little business all these years. Thank you for being you and thank you for our friendship. Love you! 🌸 ✨️🙏

This video here is a limpia or barrida con yierbas , cleansing or sweeping with herbs featuring my plant relative Romero.

Rosemary helps us to release dense energies and stagnation. It also helps to regulate our nervous system as well as helps clear our mind from brain fog, scattered energy and strengthens our memory.

This rosemary was grown at my sister Sierra Ann Kelsch ⛰️ - Rebirth Guide home. The intentional ways are simple and they teach us that we can use whatever plant, flower and herb allies that are available to us.

I mean to make a more detailed video of our session but for now enjoy this barrida, stay till the end for some herbal b**m & asmr 😉😆🌿.

I don’t consider myself a doula or birth worker. I did begin taking classes, but shortly after starting, I realized it wasn’t for me at that time.

I consider myself a bodyworker who offers Indigenous postpartum care—inherited by birthright and guided by beloved elders and mentors.

Postpartum care may include a mother’s choice of a floral or herbal bath, a yoni steam, or a full-body sauna (only one, as the body can overheat). Each session also includes a full-body massage, featuring a sobada—womb and abdominal massage—followed by a cerrada de caderas and full-body cierre, where the mother is lovingly cocooned and held with care.

What I love most about these care sessions is that they become a ceremony the whole family can be a part of. Fathers take part in the sealing, older daughters hold and watch over the baby, and younger daughters take photos and witness.

Each ceremony looks different, as every mother carries her own story. The beauty lies in witnessing a mother relax, soften, and return to herself—so she can continue nurturing and caring for her baby and family from a place of fullness.

Save this and send this to a mama that would love this!
