Tomorrow, Friday, 9/11 is my monthly Kirtan at Mythic Treasures in Henrietta NY! Since it's on 9/11, our theme is "In Memory of Lost Loved Ones," and we will be chanting and singing beautiful mantras to heal the soul and let our lost loved ones know that they still live in our hearts. We'll chant in English, Sanskrit, Yoruba and in the language of the Lakota Indigeous Peoples. Join me from 4 to 5pm tomorrow - it's free and open to the public, and while donations are always welcome, they are NOT mandatory. Just come with a heart and a voice - feel free to bring your acoustic guitar or ukulele or hand percussion and link your heart with our hearts.

Monthly Kirtan at Mythic Treasures begins this month, on Friday, September 11 from 4 to 5 PM! It's free and open to all. Our theme this month, because we'll be meeting on 9/11, is "In Memory of Lost Loved Ones." Join us in chanting Sanskrit, Lakota, Yoruba and English-language mantras and songs of love and comfort during times of losing someone dear to you. This is healing for the body and for the spirit, and it's open to everyone.

Just a reminder that the August Sound Bath at Mythic Treasures LLC will be held this coming Friday, August 21 from 6 to 7pm: led by Dr. Sandra Dr. Sandra Boysen Sluberski, our theme is "Harvest & Release." We're on the verge of a change of seasons, so this will help you to relax, release and harvest some peace of mind and spirit. This event is free & open to the public, although donations are always welcome, and can be made via Venmo, if desired. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, and anything else to keep you comfy on a concrete floor! See you at Mythic Treasures LLC!

We had a wonderful Sound Baths event last night at Mythic Treasures, with our theme of unearthing your spirit! Attendees got a beautiful, deep relaxation experience, and it was a wonderful feeling afterward because no one wanted to get up! The sound bath did its job! Today, Saturday, I’m off to Penfield Public Library to do another sound bath. Thank you to Lady Shiya for taking this great photo!
