We are exploring the possibility of starting a new Senior Activity Group for adults age 55 and older, and we want to hear from YOU!

Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming place where community members can connect, learn something new, share stories, and enjoy time together.

🛍️ DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THE RUSHVILLE CITY-WIDE YARD SALES! 🛍️

Schuyler County Mental Health Association and Schuyler County Food Basket are partnering for the Rushville City-Wide Yard Sales on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and we need your help!

We're currently accepting donations of clean, gently used items to sell during the event. Donations will be accepted Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at our office.

We are looking for:

✔ Clothing and shoes
✔ Household items
✔ Kitchenware
✔ Home décor
✔ Books
✔ Toys and games
✔ Tools
✔ Small appliances in working condition
✔ Electronics in working condition
✔ Furniture, including dressers, bed frames, tables, shelves, and other household furnishings that are complete and in good condition
✔ Seasonal decorations
✔ Sporting goods
✔ Jewelry and accessories

Please ensure donated items are clean and in usable condition.

❌ We cannot accept broken items, heavily stained items, items with strong odors, hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, propane tanks, mattresses, or box springs.

For decades, the Schuyler County Mental Health Association has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout our communities. Over time, our work has expanded to include housing stabilization, recovery support, food assistance, domestic violence services, crisis intervention, and many other programs that help people build stronger, healthier futures.

As we continue to grow, we are proud to unveil a new brand identity that better reflects who we are today and where we are headed tomorrow.

While our look is changing, our mission remains the same. We are committed to providing help, hope, and support to those who need it most.

This rebrand reflects our vision for the future, our commitment to innovation, and our belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive.
