I have always admired the butterfly! To me, it represents strength, resilience, growth, and beauty. It appears to embrace change with courage and it reminds me of our inner beauty when we are willing to do the workšŸ’œšŸ¦‹! Refuse to settle …keep working toward the best version of you!!! You are ALWAYS worth the effort!

Meet our intern! Give us a call today to schedule!!!

I’m Tiffany N. Nance and I’m a counseling intern currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Arkansas Tech University. I also hold degrees in psychology and education (M.S., M. ED) from ATU, thus an eclectic approach to therapy makes the most sense to me. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a real, collaborative conversation rather than a clinical interview. My goal is to create a calm, judgment-free space where you can unpack life's transitions, quiet your anxiety, or process heavy emotions at your own pace. I draw from person-centered and mindfulness-based approaches to help you reconnect with your own resilience. I am supervised by Ashley Donaldson, LPC, ensuring you receive thoughtful, high-quality care. When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me reading a good book or hanging out with my family.

Life can be challenging, and finding peace isn’t always easy.

Some days, it’s about restoring balance. Other days, it’s learning to quiet self-critical thoughts, practicing self-compassion, accepting what we cannot control, or finding the strength to take the next step forward.

Healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about giving yourself the space to grow, one day at a time.

Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our team is here to provide a safe, supportive space to help you move toward healing, resilience, and hope. šŸ’œ

Thursday Reflections: Progress is not always linear and gains may not always be visible. It’s about consistency and continuing to show up for yourself even on the hard days! ļæ¼ It’s often easier to show up for others than it is to keep our promises to ourselves. Keep doing the work and remember you are always worth the effort!ļæ¼

On July 16, we recognize an important milestone in mental health awareness and su***de prevention—the creation of 988, the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
Just as we know to call 911 during a medical emergency, 988 provides a simple, easy-to-remember number for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, substance use concerns, or thoughts of su***de.
The truth is that many people struggle silently. Sometimes the hardest step is reaching out. That's why 988 exists—to connect people with trained counselors who are ready to listen, support, and help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ā˜Žļø Call or text 988 anytime.
šŸ’™ Free.
šŸ’™ Confidential.
šŸ’™ Available 24/7.
You may never need this number yourself, but someone you love might. Save it in your phone. Share it with your family and friends. One conversation could make a life-changing difference.
Mental health is health. Help is available, and hope is real.
