If you’re one of my regular clients, you may have noticed that the entire wellness studio has been rearranged yet again. 😂

That would be thanks to my particular flavor of neurodivergency, which occasionally looks around at a perfectly functional space and says, “You know what this needs? A complete overhaul.”

It’s also why I’ll sometimes post constantly on social media… and then disappear entirely while my brain becomes consumed with approximately 48 other projects.

Well, I HAVE been busy, and one of those projects is finally ready for an introduction. 🌿🖤

Meet The Apothecary @ Sacred Sisterhood.

I’ve started transforming part of the wellness studio into a little apothecary filled with herbal and wellness products that fit right into what Sacred Sisterhood is all about.

One of the newest additions is this beautiful Elderberry & Honey Tonic, along with other elderberry products now on the shelves.

This is just the beginning. I’ll be continuing to add herbal goodies, wellness products, and other carefully chosen things as The Apothecary grows.

So if you come in for your next appointment and everything has moved again…

Just go with it. 😂

A few new touches have found their way into the studio. 🌿

I spent some time today refreshing the front room to make it feel even more peaceful, cozy, and connected to nature. Every little detail is chosen with intention because I believe healing begins the moment you walk through the door.

🐦 Today’s five hour round trip to get that little injured baby bird to a wildlife rehabilitator was absolutely worth every mile…but my hips are definitely letting me know how they feel about it. 😂

It also reminded me of something I see all the time in my treatment room.

Whether you’re driving for hours, sitting at a desk all day, or spending long periods in the same position, your body starts to adapt, and not in a good way.

Your hip flexors tighten, your glutes become less active, and before long your lower back starts trying to do a job it was never meant to do. Add in the repetitive motion of working the gas and brake pedals, and it’s no surprise so many people climb out of the car feeling stiff, sore, and wondering what happened.

The good news? This is one of the most common issues I help clients with.

Regular movement throughout the day, getting up to walk when you can, stretching, and therapeutic massage can all help restore mobility, wake those glutes back up, and take pressure off your lower back.

I’d make that five hour drive for that little bird all over again. ❤️ But my hips are definitely requesting a massage tonight.

Yesterday I asked for help finding a wildlife rehabilitator for an injured baby starling I found. I wanted to thank everyone who reached out, shared resources, and offered advice.

I’m happy to say the baby is now in the care of Carolina Waterfowl Rescue in Indian Trial.

The veterinary team examined him and found that he has a fractured leg. They immediately splinted it, started him on pain medication, and transferred him to their baby bird nursery for continued care. Seeing him standing, asking for food, and receiving the help he needed was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for.

This whole experience reminded me that compassion doesn’t stop when I leave the wellness center. Whether it’s helping the women who trust me with their care or stopping for a tiny injured creature stuck behind a gutter, I truly believe kindness matters.

Thank you again to everyone who cared enough to help me get this baby where he needed to be. And a special thank you to the incredible volunteers and staff at Carolina Waterfowl Rescue for giving this little guy a chance. 🖤🐦

One of my favorite things about offering the Craniofacial & Scalp Restoration service is seeing the look on y’all’s faces when we’re finished.

I had a client experience it today for the first time, and just like so many others, she absolutely loved it.

My clients are loving this service, but honestly, I love it too. Seeing someone leave feeling better than when they arrived is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

And while I’m feeling grateful, thank you to every woman who trusts me with her care! Without you, I wouldn’t get to make a living doing something I genuinely love every single day. That is a gift I never take for granted. 🫶🏼

When I added Infrared Sauna Therapy to Sacred Sisterhood, I didn’t want clients to have to bring extra clothes, sweat in their own outfit, or leave carrying damp clothing.

So I decided to provide sauna attire for every guest.

To make sure every woman feels comfortable and accommodated, I have sizes Small through 2XL available, along with sauna socks, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy your session.

Luxury isn’t always about the big things, sometimes it’s the little details that make an experience feel effortless. 🖤
