✨ Postpartum Pelvic Floor + Core Flow
Mondays at 10:30am
Gentle hypopressive-based movement to support postpartum healing, pelvic floor strength, prolapse support, and core reconnection.
✨ Postpartum Pilates
Tuesdays at 10:30am
Intentional low-impact Pilates focused on rebuilding core strength, stability, and pelvic floor support. Baby-wearing friendly and babies are welcome.
✨ Baby + Me Yoga
Wednesdays at 12pm
Gentle Vinyasa-style yoga for caregivers and babies ages 0–newly crawling. No yoga experience needed and non-birthing partners are welcome.
All classes are designed for real postpartum bodies in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
