Despite how much prep is on my plate as we get ready to launch the new community circle this Tuesday, I know I have to listen to my own body…
I am prioritizing my mental health by befriending my nervous system, and allowing myself to
✨ Slow down and take brain breaks
✨ Prioritize cooking good meals
✨ Take my work outside as much as possible
✨ Observe my sensations
✨ And watch for narratives that no longer serve my wellbeing
