One Community Health showed up in the community this week! 💙

Our HIV Care & Prevention team helped support a resource fair co-hosted by Dignity Health and CASH (Community Against Sexual Harm). The team has an ongoing relationship with Meadowview Women's Shelter, and it was incredible to see residents enjoying new fashions, food options, and community resources all in one place.

We're proud to share that we distributed cooling supplies for the hot weather, hygiene kits, and free HIV screenings. Most importantly, we were able to connect multiple people to care.

We couldn't be happier to be out in the local community, showing up for those who show up for us.

Thank you to everyone who visited the One Community Health booth at last weekend's Sacramento Area Lions Club District 4-C5 Community Health Fair! We loved meeting community members, sharing information about our services, and helping attendees create their own bookmarks.

This past weekend, the One Community Health team was honored to take part in Supervisor Patrick Kennedy's 8th Annual Southgate Plaza Fun Fair. From sharing health resources and information to connecting with community members and families, it was a wonderful day of service, connection, and fun.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support South Sacramento alongside so many community partners. Thank you to Supervisor Kennedy and the District 2 team for hosting this event! Together, we're helping connect people to the resources, care, and support they need to thrive.
