Help us celebrate Janea Hill, our September Open Inward Employee-of-the-Month Award recipient! đź’™

Janea recently celebrated five years with WellSpace Health and is a valued member of the health care team at our Alhambra Center. She supports patients, helps keep the center running smoothly, and brings care and expertise to everything she does.

Her colleagues describe her as positive, collaborative and always willing to find new ways to improve patient care. She also shares her knowledge by training new medical assistants and helping improve workflows across the team.

Yesterday, WellSpace Health was honored to attend the Sacramento City Council meeting and accept a resolution from the City of Sacramento recognizing September as Su***de Prevention Month.

Every month, 988 Sacramento, operated by WellSpace Health, answers more than 2,800 calls from Sacramento residents, providing free, confidential support 24/7. For more than 70 years, WellSpace Health has provided su***de prevention and crisis support. Today, our 988 services serve more than 30 counties, connecting people with trained crisis counselors and local resources when they need support.

We are grateful to Councilwoman Kaplan for recognizing the importance of su***de prevention and to our dedicated 988 Sacramento team for being there for people across our region every day.
