Netflix officially announced the new original comedy film Women Like Us, assembling an all-star cast of Black Hollywood legends including Whoopi Goldberg, Jenifer Lewis, Vanessa Williams, and Vivica A. Fox.

The film centers on a recently widowed woman taking a transformative trip to the Hamptons with her sister and friends, focusing on themes of grief, marriage, and friendship.

The film is being directed by Tasha Smith with a script from Ali Kinney and Tracy Oliver. It's produced by Macro Film Studios and Michelle & Barack Obama's production company, Higher Ground Productions.
