Dot Nutrition and Resilient Heart Yoga have partnered to bring yoga practice to the community in Poca!!

June 13th @ 4pm I will teach a basic yoga class!! This class will teach fundamentals and basic poses for anyone new to yoga or have some experience in yoga.

Class is limited to 8 to keep the space small and sacred. Cost: $10

Mats will be available to use or you can bring your own.

Your body doesn’t feel the same every week…

Pain comes from being alive, suffering comes from being attached to thinking life should be one way or the other. When we let go of our thoughts of how it should be, and allow how it is, we stop the burn of suffering in its tracks, and actually become more effective at standing up for what we believe in and making lasting change.
