I have continued tending to my craft, my creativity, and my calling.
And in this season of reflection, Iโve also sat deeply with the truth of why holistic and integrative healing can feel so challenging both for practitioners and for those seeking healing.
So many people are searching for a quick fix.
A pill. A miracle overnight remedy.
Yet true healing rarely works that way.
As holistic practitioners, we are often met with understandable skepticism, which is why integrity matters so deeply in this work.
We must practice what we preach.
We must move with honesty and responsibility.
And trust must be earned.
But we also cannot do the work for others.
Many of the remedies and protocols we offer ask for something deeper like lifestyle changes, nervous system restoration, routine changes, emotional honesty, and deep inner work.
A time for integration. Everything heals at the root, in the darkness, in the truth of silent reflection. Not many people are ready for this.
Holistic means tending to the whole person, including the spiritual body. The physical body, yes, but also the mind, the emotions, the spirit, the patterns, the wounds, the shadows.
It asks us to take responsibility for our whole self with compassion and courage.
As Iโve reflected on my practice, Iโve been able to see clearly how Othala wishes to return.
She is reborn, deeper in integrity, wisdom, beauty, and true healing.
Thank you for continuing to support this space, even in the quiet seasons.
We are still here. And what is coming next feels deeply aligned.
(Because you know that real deep shadow work & tending to dreams has always been my passion ๐ฅ we are preparing to bridge the worlds)
