Come on out and enjoy a Nature Bath at Lake George Regional Park with me on August 24! This event is designed to help children and their caregivers enjoy nature through: mindful movement, nature games, and sensory exploration.

Perfect for children ages 4–10 with a caregiver.

Activities are flexible and designed to welcome children with different personalities, energy levels, and sensory preferences.

The event is free but you will have to pay the car fee to enter the park.

Sometimes just holding onto a little stone called hope can steady us when life feels dark and heavy. 🌿 Sending love to each of you today, and wishing you find a spark of hope—that gentle reminder that things will be okay, even if we don’t yet know when or how.

Last week I had a moment where things felt overwhelming. What helped me through was clinging to hope, leaning into faith, and remembering my belief in the compassion of humanity—that most of us are good and kind, and that we agree on far more than we disagree on. 💙

This retreat is close to my heart because I’ll be co-leading with my dear friend Meg Michaelson. Many years ago, Meg introduced me to the profound world of archetypes—teachings that have guided my growth and evolution ever since. I’m deeply honored to now share her wisdom with you.

Together, we’ll explore the Victim archetype—the part of us that can feel powerless or unseen—and discover how to transform this feeling of helplessness into the Inner Victor, reclaiming strength, resilience, and inner freedom.
