Blessings of Being a Witness 💕

🦄Getting to do what I love so dearly while holding space for incredible humans as they stretch, bend, grow and heal is such a Blessing. One I do not take for granted.

🖤 🤍 I love alchemizing shadow into light after sitting in the dark next to someone as they face some of the hardest things they’ve endured. Dancing in the Yin and the Yang

☺️I love the little half smiles as they start to allow themselves to be witnessed after years of hiding out of fear or shame or any of the other countless reasons we hide as humans.

🤔We’ve either learned to play small or to play big to defend, protect and to “stay safe”. To find the True Self and to shed those identities is so powerful 💥

💫What a wonder it is to watch someone take the masks off and finally see a glimmer of who they truly are!

🩵💜So grateful for collaborators who also see me and my medicine and call me into their sacred spaces to help facilitate healing through hordes!

🥰First time back in the work w my herd since my moms passing and it felt really good to be back doing what I love. A hawk flew in to remind me I’m always supported and never alone.

I’m looking to hire someone to turn my horses out for an hour 2-3 times a week consistently. I’ve been really focused on caring for my mom and I’m feeling horrible about not being around. Need to be a confident horse handler and if you’ve spent time w them that is a bonus!!

Also bonus if you are needing some self care time, time alone or time to just sit w the herd you’d be welcome to brush them, just hang or take them a few treats.

Hoping more states can find ways to do this for our wild horses!

A Huge piece of land in Colorado just became a new Safe space for wild Horses!
The Wild Animal Sanctuary has purchased 22,450 acres of land in northwest Colorado. That is bigger than Manhattan. This land will be turned into a long-term refuge for wild horses that have been removed from public lands or are at risk.
The goal is simple: Give these horses space to live freely. No small enclosures. No overcrowding. Just open land where they can move, graze, and exist with less stress.
It is a nonprofit effort — The sanctuary has been working on animal rescue and large habitat spaces for years... Now they are expanding that work in a big way.
Wild horse populations in the US have faced ongoing roundups and limited space on public lands.

Part of serving community in the non profit space includes supporting others also striving to truly make a difference! It takes all of us showing up for one another, especially right now during times where resources are limited. I’ve been so blessed the last 6 years doing what I love and we wanted to give back!! It’s never about competition. It’s about community, connection and collaboration. Thank you for all you do!! If you haven’t checked these guys out up in Bluffdale please do. 🥹🫶🏽 We are over the moon in gratitude. The non-profit space can feel overwhelming at times and when we put out a plea for funds and help, we weren’t surprised to see other charities stepping up to help. really knocked our socks off with their swift reply and donation. It proves that when we work together to bolster healing in our communities, we can truly help one another succeed at finding hope. We’ve heard it said time and time again but it does take a village.

Thank you for reminding us the power of coming together and supporting our cause. We can’t thank you enough.
