20+ modalities - why it matters

When people hear that I work with 20+ healing modalities, I sometimes see a flicker of confusion.

Is that… necessary?

Here's why it is.

A human being isn't one thing. You're not just a body. Not just an emotional experience. Not just a set of beliefs or a mental pattern that needs reframing.

You are physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - all at once. All layered. All connected.

One tool doesn't reach all of that.

The Life Activation works at the level of your divine blueprint - connecting you more fully to who you came here to be. The Full Spirit Activation goes deeper, aligning every aspect of your being in a single session. Cord Cutting and Negative Energy Removal clears what's been draining you - often for years - without you even realizing it.

And then there's work like Etheric Reconstruction.

I had a client who had been working on self doubt for a long time. She had done so much. And she was ready - truly ready - to be done with it.

The Celestial Code Etheric Reconstruction session removed that seed from her energetic structure.

What happened after wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. She just started making decisions differently. Moving forward without hesitating. Choosing herself without the internal argument that used to come first.

That's what the right modality at the right time can do.

Not every session is the same. Because not every person is the same.

That's the point.

*Curious which modality might be right for you? Let's talk.*

A moment from Healers Academy

This year I was chosen to sit on the Healers Academy panel in Toronto in May.

I don't take that lightly.

Not everyone is asked. And I knew walking in that this was something I wanted to honor fully.

I got to watch what happens to a room full of people over the course of a week.

They come in carrying so much. You can see it. The uncertainty. The questions they're almost afraid to ask. The fears about whether they're ready. Whether they're enough. Whether this path is really theirs.

And then something happens.

It's not one moment. It's cumulative. Day by day, session by session, the light gets in. The lineage does what it does. And by the end of the week - I'm not exaggerating when I say this - they are different people.

Not because anything was fixed.

Because something was remembered.

Someone asked me from the audience what the hardest part of this path has been.

My answer surprised even me.

It's not the training. It's not the years of study.

It's looking at the parts of yourself you fear the most. Shining a light on them anyway. Staying in that discomfort long enough to actually grow - and move on.

That's the work.

For the ones in the middle...

This one is for a specific person.

You've done the work. You're not where you started. You can look back and see how far you've come - the shifts, the decisions, the things you walked away from that you never thought you could.

And yet... You're not where you thought you'd be by now.

There's a gap between who you've become and what your life actually looks like yet. And some days that gap is the loneliest place in the world.

I know that place.

There was a stretch - where I had done enough inner work to know I couldn't go back. But the life that matched who I was becoming hadn't shown up yet.

That in-between is real. It's not a sign you're doing it wrong.

It's actually a sign you're doing it right.

The ancient teachings have a word for this kind of passage. It's not a detour. It's part of the *path*. The middle is where the becoming actually happens - not the beginning, not the arrival.

Right here. In the uncomfortable, unglamorous, necessary middle.

You're not behind. You're not lost.

You're in it.

Your mind is not your enemy

I used to think the goal was to quiet my mind.

Meditate more. Think less. Get out of your head.

I tried. I really did.

And - I'm not someone who can just sit and be still. My mind moves fast. It always has. When I first started on this path I thought that was going to be the thing that held me back.

Everyone around me seemed to drop into stillness so easily. I'd be sitting in a session or a training and my mind would be running in twelve directions at once.

It never quite worked the way I thought it was supposed to.

What changed everything wasn't learning to quiet my mind.

It was learning what the mind actually is.

In the Hermetic tradition, the mind isn't the problem. It's a tool. One of the most sophisticated tools a human being has access to. The issue isn't that it's too loud or too active.

The issue is that most of us were never taught how to use it.

An untrained mind runs on default. Old patterns. Borrowed beliefs. Fears that stopped being relevant years ago but never got the memo.

A trained mind is something else entirely.

That's what the King Salomon teachings work with directly. Not quieting the mind. Not managing it. Actually training it - at the level where the patterns live.

I spent years trying to manage mine from the outside.

This work goes inside.
