Could your VA decision letter be hiding years of back pay?

A recent federal court ruling is putting the spotlight on a major problem: VA decision letters that fail to clearly address every issue a veteran raised.

Some estimates suggest nearly 40% of decision letters contain omissions or vague language that can leave veterans confused about what was actually decided.

If you've ever received a VA decision and thought, "That doesn't seem right," it may be worth taking a second look.

Xterra Health is veteran owned, physician led. Reach out today to schedule a consultation for your nexus letter or DBQ.

What do you see, when you see an American flag?

Think of the warriors who have worn Ol’ Glory on their shoulder, charging into automatic gunfire. Think of a casket draped in the red, white, and blue. Think of the child holding a mini-flag along a hometown parade route. It is one of the most powerful symbols in the world, the symbol of liberty and justice for all.

Think about a military memorial service. Standing in formation with some of the greatest men and women who ever tread American soil. The sergeant major calling a name at the final roll call, and the somber reply that the fallen soldier was no longer with us. The flag whipping in the wind. The sniffles in the ranks. Can you see it?

The anthem plays at a sporting event, and you can see grown men well up as they stare at the flag, hand over heart. They stare at the red and white stripes, the stars on a field of blue, and think about the hope it represents. The sacrifices it has witnessed.

The American flag belongs to the farmers up before dawn, the teachers who give a damn, the bankers who take a chance on the underdog, the firefighters and police who race toward chaos.

It belongs to the new parents down to their last dime who still buy a box of cookies from the Girl Scout at the door, hoping their own daughter is granted the same kindness someday. It belongs to a grandpa who sat at a kitchen table on a respirator at the end of a life spent securing a future for his kids and their kids… and their kids, who he would never meet.

It belongs to the pilgrims who crossed an ocean, and to the great-grandparents who signed the ledger at Ellis Island. Our flag represents those dreamers, those risk takers.

This Flag Day, when you see her on a porch, a sleeve, or folded into a triangle behind glass, remember what she stands for. Not a perfect country. But an idea worth giving everything to defend.

We’re honored to have so many Americans on our team whose leadership, work ethic, and commitment to excellence embodies the ideals represented by Ol' Glory. Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

Your back didn't just "go bad."

The military shook it apart. It's called whole-body vibration. And the medical research is clear: It causes degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, chronic low back pain, sciatica, and joint damage. At Xterra Health, we help veterans connect their spinal conditions to their military service, including whole-body-vibration exposure that most veterans never think to claim.

The Fast Letter could help prove your hearing loss claim.

But most veterans cite this document incorrectly. They mention it vaguely, they don't use the right language, and they don't get the benefits they deserve.

At Xterra Health, we help veterans with finding the medical evidence they need for hearing loss and tinnitus claims by showing them exactly how to document their noise exposure and cite evidence the VA has to accept.

82 years ago, the course of history changed forever.

On the shores of Normandy, thousands of young Allied soldiers stormed the beaches of Nazi-occupied France in the largest amphibious invasion the world had ever seen.

D-Day became the turning point in the fight for freedom, democracy, and the future of the world.

Facing unimaginable odds, these men advanced into enemy fire so future generations could live free. Many never returned home. Their courage and sacrifice helped secure victory in Europe and remain a powerful reminder of the true cost of liberty.

We will never forget.

⚠️ Your decision letter deserves a second look.

Check your diagnostic codes carefully and make sure they reflect your actual symptoms and conditions. An incorrect code can be a sign that something was overlooked.

Success isn’t always louder.
Sometimes it looks like presence.

Being there after work.
Having the energy to show up.
Finding people who get you.
Building a life with more connection, more meaning, and more room to breathe.

At the end of the day, most people don’t want “more stuff.”
They want more life.

More family.
More belonging.
More moments they’ll actually remember.

This could be you.

You deserve support that sees the full picture. Let Xterra Health help you pursue the benefits that can restore stability and dignity.
