Join Caroline Boehne for free, bi-monthly "Nutrition Nights at STH"! Open to all community members looking for help in making informed choices about nutrition and healthy living. Each session features an engaging presentation, discussion, practical tips, and a healthy snack, covering topics like meal planning, hydration, and nutrition myths. "Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to support health and prevent chronic disease, yet many people don't know where to start or believe it's too late to make a difference. My goal is to provide community members with practical tips and evidence-based information that make improving health through food and nutrition affordable, achievable, and enjoyable," says Caroline.

The first session, "Food as Medicine: Small Choices, Big Impact," is on Tuesday, July 28th at 5:30 pm at Salem Township Hospital. RSVP at (618) 740-1688 to reserve your spot, as space is limited.
