I have created Meditation (and Reiki) Retreats for myself in my home. I invite you to do the same, for a half hour, half day, 4 days (my personal favorite). In this time, I prepare my home by making nourishing food the day before and letting my loved ones know that I will be 'unplugged'. In this way, I am not waiting for 'One Day' to join a retreat, when I have the time, or the money, etc, it can be 'The Day' when I schedule it on my calendar! Join me, home to home, in Personal Retreat to nourish our soul!

I was talking to my Mom last night and a nugget of wisdom emerged in a simply response to my question. She shared a beautiful memory of when her brother died with her by his side; and that she still talks to him and her other deceased family members every night when she goes to bed. I asked her to ask her brother what its like on the other side. She said, 'ah, that is something everyone gets to find out for themselves.' Thank You Mom!!!
