It’s amazing how much tension and fluid the body can hold on to - especially during allergy season.

As someone who’s dealt with lifelong congestion issues, lymphatic drainage has become one of my favorite ways to manage it naturally.

Even a quick session on my face and drainage points can help encourage drainage, reduce puffiness, relieve sinus pressure, and clear brain fog.
