Magickal Monarchs

Magickal Monarchs Supporting women as they return to themselves through healing, self-trust, and compassion. When mothers heal, generations heal.

There is space to grow, to evolve, and to choose differently. You’re not alone — not behind, just becoming.

🍂 Another Magickal Monarchs market is officially on the calendar!

I’ll be popping up at Oakley’s Pumpkin Palooza on Sunday, October 11 from 12–4 PM.

I’m already thinking about what I want to bring with me — some Magickal Monarchs favorites, fall-inspired goodies, and plenty of things to help you bring a little more intention and care into your everyday life. 🦋

Markets have become such a special part of growing this little business, and I love getting the chance to put Magickal Monarchs out into the world beyond a screen.

So if you’ve been wanting to shop in person, smell the sprays and oils, browse the products, or just come say hi…

I’ll see you in October. 🍁

She was still getting everyone where they needed to go.

Still making dinner.

Still answering texts.

Still showing up.

Still laughing sometimes.

And still struggling.

Functioning and being okay are not the same thing.

Maybe instead of asking ourselves how we didn’t know, we need to get better at asking each other how we’re really doing.

We tend to imagine breaking points as dramatic moments.

Sometimes they’re incredibly quiet.

Pay attention to the whispers before your body has to scream. 🦋

I remember the day I reached my breaking point.

It was my youngest son’s first birthday.

I’d left work early to take him to a pediatric appointment alone. I was already exhausted, overwhelmed, struggling postpartum, and trying desperately to hold everything together.

When I pulled onto my street and saw more chaos waiting for me at home, something in me just snapped.

I handed my baby to my husband, walked into my closet, and had a full anxiety attack.

I remember thinking:

“I cannot keep living like this.”

I loved my children. I loved being their mom.

And I was drowning.

Both things were true.

Looking back, I don’t see a woman who couldn’t handle motherhood.

I see a woman who had been handling too much for too long.

That’s what we don’t talk about enough.

Sometimes a breaking point isn’t one terrible thing.

Sometimes it’s a thousand little things carried for too long, until one more thing becomes too much.

And sometimes it looks like a woman sitting alone in her closet because, for just a moment, she needs the whole world to stop needing her.

I’ve been her.

If you’ve been her too, I see you. 🦋

“I thought I was the only one.”

How many women have thought that?

The only one who sometimes wants to run away.

The only one who has locked herself in a bathroom just to be alone.

The only one who has yelled and immediately hated herself for it.

The only one who loves her children deeply and still sometimes misses the person she was before everyone needed her.

The only one who has thought, I can’t keep doing this.

We don’t say these things because we’re afraid of what they might mean about us.

So we stay quiet.

And when everyone stays quiet, every woman thinks she’s the only one.

She’s not.

There are things we need to take seriously. There are times when we need professional support. And there are also human breaking points that deserve to be talked about without shame.

Maybe changing the narrative starts there.

With one woman being brave enough to say:

Me too.

🦋

There are parts of womanhood and motherhood we don’t talk about enough.

The overwhelm.

The anger.

The resentment.

The moments when you think, I can’t do this anymore.

The breaking points we hide because we’re afraid of what someone might think if we told the truth.

I’ve had those moments too.

And lately, I’ve been reminded just how many women have.

So this month, I want to talk about them.

Not from a place of judgment or having all the answers.

Just woman to woman.

Because sometimes knowing someone else has been there is enough to make the hard moments feel a little less lonely.

I see you. 🦋

Some patterns didn’t begin with you.

The way you learned to care for everyone before yourself.
The guilt that appears when you choose your own needs.
The pressure to hold everything together.
The beliefs you carry about what it means to be a “good” woman, mother, daughter, or partner.

Sometimes those patterns have been passed from woman to woman for generations.

Healing the Feminine Thread is an invitation to look at what has been carried through your maternal line — the beliefs, wounds, expectations, and survival patterns that may still be shaping your life today.

Not to blame the women who came before you.

But to understand them.

To recognize what was passed down.

And to consciously decide what you want to carry forward — and what gets to end with you.

You can honor where you came from without carrying all of it with you. 🦋

✨ Healing the Feminine Thread is available now through Magickal Monarchs.

Sometimes becoming aware of a pattern leaves us wondering…

Where did this even come from?

Some of what we carry didn’t begin with us.

Beliefs about what a woman should be.

How much she should give.

What she’s allowed to need.

How she handles emotions.

What motherhood is “supposed” to look like.

Healing the Feminine Thread gives you space to explore those inherited patterns with compassion—and decide what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to leave behind.

You don’t have to reject where you came from to choose something different for where you’re going. 💜

Have you ever reacted to something and immediately thought…

“Why did I do that?”

That moment can feel frustrating.

But there’s something important happening there:

You noticed.

There may have been a time when that reaction happened automatically and you never questioned it.

Now you’re aware of it.

And awareness creates space.

Space to get curious.

Space to understand where the response came from.

And eventually…

space to choose differently.

Breaking cycles isn’t one giant decision.

It’s hundreds of small moments where we begin noticing what used to happen automatically.

So if you’re noticing more lately, don’t mistake that awareness for failure.

It may actually be evidence of your growth. 💜

08/26/2026

We often look for the big breakthrough.

But so much of healing happens quietly.

In the pause.

The boundary.

The moment you recognize an old pattern.

The choice to respond differently than you once would have.

Those moments count.

In fact, they may be some of the most important ones.

💜 Save this for the days you think you aren’t making progress.
