Back in August, I gave birth to my second baby. It was incredibly cathartic, healing, and magical to finally experience birth in its raw, uninterrupted, and intended form. (My first was wildly chaotic.)

What made this time different? My preparation. My knowledge. My team. I surrounded myself with a calming, deeply passionate, and reassuring group of people who allowed me to birth in my own time.

Now, I’m back and ready to connect, support, and advocate for your most vulnerable time. I offer both birth & postpartum doula services to support you where you need it.

I teach a Birth Partner Prep Class to help you & your birth partner prepare for labor.
I teach a Return to Work Pumping Class to help you feel confident adding pumping to your breastfeeding journey & preparing yourself for your return to work.
