Deep Core 🔥

File this one under “looks simple, but is intense af!”

I can’t tell you how many people tell me that they never “feel” deep core work when doing it, and all I can say is you have found the right teacher!

Deep core workouts should be slow, controlled, and focus on breath. From there we layer in more spice 🌶️ But if you never build the foundation you’ll never achieve results.

Pilates fusion abs NO crunches 🚫

I’ve found over the years that the best core workouts don’t have to involve crunches 👏🏼👏🏼

The Pilates ball is my FAVORITE for taking any workout up a notice, balancing on it like you see me do here increases instability thus creating added core work (we love this 🙌🏼).

So, grab a Pilates ball and join me! Even just 15 minutes of movement can create change in you body, and especially in your mind 🙏🏼
