So many of us were taught that leadership means pushing harder, doing more, and carrying everything alone.

This space is an invitation to unlearn that.
A gathering for BIPOC women leaders to rest, reflect, reconnect, and reimagine leadership through community, embodiment, and care.
You do not have to lead from burnout.

Ending the year with gratitude (and cookies 🍪).

So thankful for our amazing interns and all they contributed this year. It has been a joy to watch you learn, grow, and make an impact. We’re excited to see what’s next for you all!!

Such an honor and joy to spend the evening co-facilitating a floral arrangement workshop for the incredible moms and caregivers of MUHSEN at our local mosque.

There was something so special about watching women slow down, create with their hands, connect with one another, and simply be cared for for a moment. The room was filled with beauty, reflection, and so much heart.

Deeply grateful for spaces that nurture caregivers and remind us that community care matters too. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared the evening with us. 🤍 🤲🏼

We have been working on this offering for a while and are so excited to bring it to you.

This space is for BIPOC women leaders who are ready to question the blueprint they’ve been handed and step into a way of leading that feels grounded, collective, and true to who they are.

This workshop + mini retreat is your invitation to:
• Reconnect with yourself beyond burnout + constant doing
• Release stories rooted in scarcity and competition
• Explore leadership that centers community, not “girlboss” culture
• Practice embodying who you want to be in the spaces you lead

We’ll move, reflect, and reset together (with optional but recommended sauna + cold plunge) to deepen the experience.

Women-only space (including all on-site staff).

Journals, snacks, and refreshments provided.

Come as you are. Leave more connected, grounded, and clear

Learn more and register at https://www.futurecollectivecoaching.com/radical-leadership (link in bio).

Early bird until 5/10.
