The Yoga Angel

The Yoga Angel I believe in helping people heal themselves physically, emotionally, spiritually & lovingly… I am excited to work with each and every one of you!

When my Mother passed away in August of 2012, I found myself diving deeper into my yoga practice. I was searching for answers and longed to have my Moms loving arms wrapped around me for comfort. As I continued to evolve, my heart expanded and I began wrapping my arms around myself, really embracing the concept of self love. It was now time to follow my true passion and to share my gifts with the

world. Saying good-bye to corporate America was like a breath of fresh air on a lovely spring day-and I haven't looked back since. My Mother's love has been with me every step of my journey and she has inspired me in ways that I am forever grateful… And so the name, The Yoga Angel, was created… :)

Thank you all for being an integral part of my colorful & compassionate journey as well- and for believing in me, just like my Mom did. I LOVE you all very much!
