Card 1:victim mindset—we all fall into this at some point but simple awareness can get us out.

Card 2: honor your self— you’ve been through so much in life, and accomplished so much and it’s time to be proud of your achievements.

Card 3: acceptance— it can be a loaded word. Especially when you have goals and are at a standstill. This acceptance and surrender allows for growth and freedom.
