Meet Our Staff:
Ruben Rosas, Tammy Compton, Janette Aguilar-Nino and Christopher Tharpe are our amazing RN's who provide weekly nursing visits and more if needed. Sandra Garcia and Ronda Williams, are our phenomenal aides and are usually the patient's favorite part of the team. Their care and attention to detail keep patients feeling their best while maintaining the utmost dignity of the patient.

John Salazar, Abigail Sadler, and Elida Luna are our Community Liaisons, and are outstanding at explaining how hospice can work for you and your family. Their gentle approach and calm demeanor allow families to consider their options in a relaxed environment. Cesilia Gamboa is our Executive Director. She keeps our operations running smoothly and provides consultations to families as needed. She is the central heart of our entire company and we are blessed to have her expertise and commitment. Our Medical Director Dr. Stephanie Sun has over 10 years of hospice experience and manages symptoms such as pain, shortness of breath, nausea and anxiety. She will come to your home or facility as needed for uncontrollable symptoms. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine and then a Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, we believe that sometimes the greatest gift you can give is simply your time.

We are looking for compassionate volunteers who would like to make a difference in the lives of our patients and families. Whether it’s providing companionship, reading, playing games, sharing music, helping with activities, or simply sitting and visiting your time can mean more than you know.

✨ No experience necessary just a caring heart and a willingness to make someone’s day a little brighter.

What a beautiful and busy week it has been! ❤️

Our team has been out and about in the community, enjoying so many wonderful activities with residents, building relationships, sharing smiles, and connecting with the people who make our community so special.

From fun activities and special moments with residents to community outreach and engagement, this is what it’s all about being present, building connections, and making a difference. 🫶

We are so thankful for the facilities, residents, families, and community partners who continue to welcome Concho Hearts Hospice with open arms. And a huge thank you to our amazing team for always showing up with energy, compassion, and HEART! ❤️

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community, educate others about hospice care, and share the importance of compassionate support for patients and families. We enjoyed meeting so many amazing people, visiting with other vendors, and having lots of fun along the way!

☀️💦 Annual Concho Hearts Employee BBQ & Pool Party! 🌭🍔❤️

What an AMAZING day with our Concho Hearts family! Our annual employee BBQ & Pool Party was filled with great food, lots of laughs, and some friendly competition! 🥰

The kids had a blast competing in the pool games and enjoying the water slide 🛝💦, while the guys definitely brought out their competitive side for some serious co****le! 😂🏆

More than anything, it was wonderful to spend time together outside of work, relax, and enjoy our families. Not everyone was able to make it this year, but there’s always next year! ❤️

We’re so thankful for our incredible team and the families who support them. We work hard, but we make sure to have some fun too!
