"Get in, get seen, get your diagnosis, get your treatment, get out, get better, get back to life."
That's how Kelly Morris, a Medicare patient at TSAOG, describes the care she's come to count on. When her knee pain got worse, she was diagnosed and treated in the same visit and felt relief within a couple of days.
Proposed cuts to the 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule could change that. If finalized, patients may need to come back for a separate appointment to get treatment they now often receive the same day. That means more trips, more waiting, and more days in pain.
