We are so proud of the way our Passion Hospice leadership team represented us in the community! 💗
Our Administrator, Jennifer, and our HR Director had the opportunity to host a booth at a local university, connecting with college students and sharing more about Passion Hospice, the work we do, and opportunities within hospice care.
They represented Passion Hospice beautifully and showed the next generation of healthcare professionals what it means to lead with compassion, purpose, and passion. 🌸

At Passion Hospice, we see every day just how powerful encouragement can be. A reassuring voice, a hand to hold, a reminder that someone is loved, or simply saying “I’m here with you” can bring comfort and hope during some of life’s most difficult moments.

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget.

Today, Passion Hospice pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, to honor the courage of the first responders and everyday heroes who answered the call, and to stand with the families whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the strength, compassion, and unity our nation showed in the face of unimaginable loss.

May we always honor their lives by choosing kindness, serving others, and holding close the people we love. ❤️🤍💙

September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month. ❤️
At Passion Hospice, we honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand beside every family affected by leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and other blood cancers.
When the focus of care changes, hospice can provide comfort, dignity, support, and quality of life for patients and the people who love them.
❤️ On October 10th, Passion Hospice will proudly participate in the Blood Cancer United Walk. We hope to see you there as we walk together in support of this incredible community.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. A warm smile, a listening ear, holding a hand, sharing a laugh, or simply being present can bring incredible comfort when it is needed most.

At Passion Hospice, caring is at the heart of everything we do. One special way we share that care is through our Passion Bears. 🧸💕 We have seen firsthand how much comfort these little bears can bring to our patients—something soft to hold, something familiar to keep close, and a simple reminder that they are loved, cared for, and never alone.

CHAP accreditation means an independent accrediting organization has taken a close look at how a hospice operates—from clinical care and medication management to staff practices, compliance, quality, and patient safety.

Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and commitment of workers everywhere—and we want to give an extra special thank you to the incredible team at Passion Hospice.

Hospice care takes a village. From our nurses and aides to our social workers, chaplains, bereavement team, administrative staff, marketers, physicians, and leadership—every person plays an important role in caring for our patients and their families.

Today, our Passion Hospice team had the privilege of spending lunch with the wonderful Case Management team at Northeast Methodist Hospital! 💕🏥

We are so grateful for opportunities like this to connect with the healthcare professionals who are on the front lines helping patients and families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions.

During today’s in-service, we were able to share more about Passion Hospice, the services we provide, and our commitment to being a responsive and dependable hospice partner—from the moment a referral is received through every step of the patient and family’s journey. 🩷

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Northeast Methodist Case Management team for welcoming us, sharing your time with us, and allowing us the opportunity to build an even stronger relationship with your team.
