Life isn't meant to stay the same.
One day you're packing school lunches.
The next you're dropping your child off at college.
One season you're building your career.
The next you're caring for aging parents.
Life is full of transitions, and every one of them asks something new of you.
Here's what I've learned after years of working with women:
β¨ Life is hard.
β¨ Life has meaning.
β¨ You always have a choice in how you respond.
That doesn't mean pretending everything is fine.
It means choosing your next step instead of staying stuck.
Even positive transitions come with grief, uncertainty, and fear. You can be excited and overwhelmed at the exact same time.
That's normal.
Growth isn't about avoiding changeβit's about learning how to move through it with resilience, support, and intention.
What transition are you navigating right now?
I'd love to hear what's teaching you the most.
