I specialize in Vinyasa yoga, guiding students of all levels through mindful movement and breath work. I'm Yanira Cruz, and I'm excited to share my yoga journey with you. For me, yoga is more than just a physical practice—it's a way to connect with my mind, body, and spirit. 🧘‍♀️

I discovered yoga while living in Illinois during graduate school, and it has transformed not only my physical health

but also my mental clarity and emotional well-being. The mat has become my sanctuary where I can leave behind the chaos of daily life and embrace the present moment. I enjoy a variety of styles, from the energizing flows of Vinyasa to the restorative peace of Yin yoga. I love experimenting with new poses and challenges, and I'm always seeking ways to deepen my practice and share the joy of yoga with others.
