A woman’s body goes through so many changes throughout her lifetime… and even month to month. 🌿

One thing we may not talk about enough is the nutrients we can lose during our menstrual cycles—especially iron through blood loss. For some women, particularly those with heavier cycles, that loss can be more significant than we realize.

That’s why it’s so important to stay rooted in the knowledge of our bodies and intentional about giving them what they need. 🩸🌱

Ideally, nourishment starts with food. But the reality is, we don’t always get enough of every nutrient from our diets, and sometimes supplementation may be necessary depending on our individual needs.

Our bodies are constantly giving, changing, releasing and rebuilding. We have to remember to pour back into it ❤️‍🩹 Be well… Stay rooted 🤎
