About my homestead:
Every product I sell is hand-rendered, hand-mixed, and hand-poured with love and care. 💛

This whipped tallow cream is truly made with love, right in my kitchen, using 100% organic, grass-fed and finished beef suet from a local New Braunfels farm. I slow-render it (at least 3 times!) using the DRY method to keep all the good stuff in... like skin-loving vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12. Tallow is special because it closely mimics our skin’s natural oils (sebum), so it absorbs beautifully and works with your skin, not against it. Whether you're dealing with dry patches, oily skin, acne, eczema, scars, rashes, chapped lips, or just need a reliable daily moisturizer, this cream's got you covered. It's also naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial, so it’s great for sensitive and breakout-prone skin. Every jar is handmade in small batches with mostly tallow and just a touch of organic extras. The goal of this video isn't to tell you what to think.

It's to remind you that it's okay to ask questions.

When I learned that researchers found several common sunscreen ingredients could be absorbed into the bloodstream, I started reading labels differently. That study did not prove those ingredients are harmful, but it did make me ask more questions about what I put on my family's skin.

For our family, that led us to create something simpler with heirloom tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, carrot seed oil, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, & organic beeswax.

Whether you agree with me or not, I hope this encourages you to read labels, learn, ask questions, and make the choices you believe are best for your family.

That's not fear.

That's wisdom. 🤎

Chemical sunscreen and mineral sun protection are not the same thing. And the difference matters.

Many conventional sunscreens use chemical UV filters that absorb UV radiation... and studies have found several common sunscreen ingredients in the bloodstream after use.

Mineral sun protection takes a different approach, using ingredients like zinc oxide to help protect against UV rays at the skin.

That's why we chose non-nano zinc oxide for our Sun Shield... blended with heirloom tallow, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed & extra virgin olive oil, organic beeswax, and cold pressed carrot seed oil.

Simple ingredients. A different approach to the sun.

Because once I started asking questions about conventional sunscreen… I couldn't stop.
