So I have a lot to update you guys on.

1st: higher protein leaner but not extremely low fat plus adding T2: burning fat after years of nothing on carnivore, working out 5x a week. Building a lot of muscle even at almost 44 not needing HRT yet, so it's all without any of that.

But here is the good news, we might finally have our own house!

So I can actually make more content and socialize better soon soon.

Though I admit I am still struggling with socializing outside of my nerdy hobbies (role playing and video games) since my friends' passing.

I really miss him, It hit me harder than I expected.
I thought that because I am resilient, I would hurt a long time but function normally.
I was wrong.
