🪶✨ Dreamcatchers, Determination & A Little Frustration! ✨🪶
Today we got crafty and made our very own DIY dreamcatchers! 💕 They were fun, they were a little frustrating 😂, and there may have been a few moments of “What are we doing?!”… but we didn’t let those dreamcatchers defeat us! 💪🤣
In the end, each one was uniquely ours, and that’s what made them so special. 🥰🪶✨

A big thank you to Brittany with Heart to Heart Hospice for spending some time with our residents today and getting creative with us! Our residents had a wonderful time coloring and naming their outfit, singing along to some of Elvis' songs, and enjoying each other’s company. We appreciate you helping us make today a little more colorful!

Waffle Day at Hillcrest! 🧇
Today we celebrated National Waffle Day with warm, delicious waffles and plenty of smiles! Our residents enjoyed a sweet treat and a little extra breakfast fun. 💕🧇

What a wonderful afternoon! 🎶 Yesterday, our residents took a trip over to Stone Creek to enjoy some fantastic live music, and the energy was absolute magic. There was plenty of dancing, bright smiles, and delicious root beer floats to go around! 🍨✨

We want to send a huge thank you to Colonial Pines Healthcare Center for hosting us for their Community Bingo!
​Our residents had an absolute blast. To top off a great game of bingo, everyone got to enjoy delicious ice cream sundaes and they were definitely a hit with the residents! The energy was fantastic, the treats were yummy, and the smiles made the entire event special.
​We are already looking forward to the next time!

Hillcrest Community Bingo

Hillcrest Assisted Living recently hosted its first Community Bingo, held every third Monday at 2:00 p.m. The event was a tremendous success and a big hit with residents, community members, and volunteers!

Hillcrest would like to extend a special thank-you Christi Nerren with Harbor Hospice and Morgan Taylor with Doctor's Choice Home Care for generously sponsoring Community Bingo each month. We would also like to thank Southside Bank for always lending a helping hand and providing wonderful volunteers to assist with the event.

We are grateful for the continued support of our community partners who help make events like this possible. We look forward to many more afternoons of fellowship, fun, and BINGO at Hillcrest!

🍉 After enjoying some sweet watermelon this morning, the residents got to end the afternoon with a little creativity and fun! 🎨💕
Our residents enjoyed painting, laughs, and good company with Corey Marshall and Tiffany Scarborough from AccentCare. We’re always grateful for the time and smiles they bring to Hillcrest! 💙🤍
