Dreamland Doulas is a team of certified Postpartum Doulas co-owned by Jenn Smith, Aimee Rife and Inez Wells. We love helping San Diego families as they adjust to life with a newborn. We are certified Lactation Educators, Newborn Educators and Sleep consultants. We can help your family find a rhythm to ensure the whole family unit is functioning at its best. Need sleep? We’ve got you! Need help figuring out a feeding plan? We are here to help! Life with a newborn is hard, and we are here to listen, support, and help guide you so you feel confident and well rested and heard!
