For 10+ years, I was the girl who kept starting over.
I tried everything to finally feel confident in my body.
Hours of cardio.
2-hour workouts.
Eating under 1,200 calories.
Cutting carbs.
Fasting.
Quick fixes.
And even after becoming a fitness coach, I still struggled with the same thing so many women struggle with…
Staying consistent when life got hard.
What finally changed wasn’t finding another diet.
I stopped trying to do everything alone, got support, and learned how to follow a plan long enough to actually see what I was capable of.
I lost 30 lbs.
I kept it off.
I stepped on stage for my first bikini competition in my mid 30s.
Then I became a mom.
And motherhood gave me a completely different challenge.
Now I had a baby, a business, a home, and a million reasons to put myself last.
But I didn’t want to go back to the woman who always waited for life to calm down before taking care of herself.
So I rebuilt myself again.
This time with less.
Less extreme dieting.
Less time in the gym.
Less pressure to do everything perfectly.
And I lost 30 lbs postpartum while becoming stronger, more confident, and learning how to make fitness fit into my life as a mom.
Yes, changing my body gave me confidence.
I’m proud of the body I worked for.
But I also gained confidence because I became someone I can trust.
Someone who follows through.
Someone who doesn’t have to start over every time life gets busy.
And that’s exactly why I coach moms the way I do now.
I help moms lose weight, feel confident in their body, and build a routine that doesn’t require fitness to take over their whole life.
If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, you’re in the right place.
