Community Reunification Project

Community Reunification Project Community Reunification Project (CRP) provides counseling, substance use treatment, reentry support, housing navigation, case management, and ECM services.

We help individuals and families overcome barriers, restore hope, and build lasting stability. Community Reunification Project’s outpatient facility in San Diego, California, offers a range of services, including outpatient mental health treatment, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment for young adults and adults. The outpatient program caters to individuals who do not requ

ire intensive supervision during treatment. Participants receive therapeutic support while maintaining their home life and regular schedules. The program typically includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, self-help groups, and referrals to higher levels of care if needed. After completing the outpatient program, individuals may gradually reduce the frequency of their sessions, transitioning towards a less intensive schedule. This step-down approach helps them maintain their routine while continuing treatment to support long-term success. This facility also serves individuals within the criminal justice system. Community Reunification Project collaborates closely with various San Diego entities to offer a wide range of previously unmet reentry services. We offer clients deep understanding and compassion as they navigate the challenging transition from prison to society.

A little sober barbecue this weekend turned into something much bigger—a reminder of what recovery is all about.

Good food, laughter, fellowship, and genuine connection. What started as a simple get-together felt more like a family gathering. Recovery isn’t just about staying sober; it’s about building healthy relationships, creating new memories, and finding a community that supports one another through life’s challenges and victories.

Moments like these remind us that we never have to walk this journey alone. Grateful for everyone who showed up, shared a meal, and helped create an atmosphere of hope, accountability, and brotherhood.

Recovery works when we work it—together.
