Posing has become one of my favorite parts of this sport.
I love coaching athletes through it across every division - fit model, bikini, wellness, figure, and women’s physique. Each one has its own style, its own personality, and its own challenge, and getting to help athletes find their version of confidence on stage is what makes this work special.
Watching someone walk in nervous and leave standing taller, owning their lines, and trusting their physique; that never gets old. This has truly become a passion of mine, and I get to live it every single day.

Another posing class Fuel Fortress Nashville is here!!!!! This class is for ALL divisions: Fit Model, Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding – so whether you’re a true newbie, chasing an overall, or heading to the national level you’re welcome
You’ll get:
• Coaching on walks, quarter turns, transitions, and mandatory poses tailored to your division
• Feedback on stage presence, confidence, and how to actually “perform” your physique
• A supportive all-female environment so you can practice, mess up, and refine without judgment
📅 Date: Saturday, June 27
⏰ Time: 12:30 PM (arrive a little early to warm up)

Bodybuilding started to feel like it was draining me instead of fueling me.
My “just push harder” attitude stopped working a long time ago.
No one talks about burnout enough.
Pushing this hard was my choice.
Now I’m making a different choice: to loosen my grip, let go a little, and actually breathe.
I know I’ll step on stage again; I’m just not forcing a timeline anymore.
Not weak. Not lazy. Just human.

Leg day + shoulders, all in one session 🔥
Ran two supersets to start, then finished strong. Save this one and run it on your next gym day — tag your gym partner so they can suffer with you 😈😈😈
The lineup:
• Superset 1: Leg extensions + seated leg curls
• Superset 2: Single leg press + lying leg curls
• Compact leg press
• Smith hip thrusts
• Abductions
• Machine lateral raises
• Cable lateral raises
• Leg raises to finish
Which superset would wreck you more?

Some days the weight in the room is nothing compared to the weight in your head and that’s exactly why I keep showing up. 💪
There are days I feel strong, focused, and on fire, and there are days I’m just proud I made it to this bench at all. Some days the reps move, some days they don’t, and mentally it feels heavier than anything on the bar. But progress isn’t about perfect workouts or perfect moods; it’s about choosing yourself again and again, especially when it would be easier to stay home and disappear into the noise. Every time I sit here, tie my shoes, take a deep breath, and start, I’m reminding myself that hard days still count—and sometimes they count the most.
If today is one of those harder days for you too, this is your sign: you don’t have to crush it, you just have to show up. One set, one rep, one choice at a time. ❤️
