Angie is the keystone of the Bayview UR team, according to one of her colleagues. Beyond Angie’s own UR duties, she also assists the nursing and social work departments. “Angie is the best kind of co-worker you can have. She is genuine and kind, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In their letter they noted that Andrew shows kindness and respect to everyone he encounters, and with his positive attitude and helpful nature he “helps create an environment where people feel valued and appreciated.” “Andrew is a wonderful example of professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and we are grateful to have him as part of our Paradise Valley Hospital team.”

A co-worker comments about Ale, “Not only is she caring and understanding but she aided [my patient’s family] with their needs…. She brought comfort to the family and allowed them to be heard, understood, and cared for, which my patient appreciated.
