3 poses I do when I only have 5 minutes ✨

Desk-slouch, phone-neck, “I sat in the car for an hour” — this is my go-to reset when time is not on my side.

But if you’ve got more than 5 minutes to give yourself this week... my new 60-min class Blue Dream just dropped 💙

It’s a full body wring-out — deep stretch, slow flow, the kind of class that leaves you undone in the best way.

Perfect for a reset or whenever your body’s asking for more than a quick fix.

Link in bio to stretch it out with me 🌊

Sunday reminder: do something that once felt impossible. ✨
Not because we have to prove anything to anyone.

But because there’s something powerful about doing hard things on purpose.

What looks like one movement is actually a series of tiny steps — showing up, falling out of it, trying again, building strength, finding balance, trusting ourselves a little more… and eventually realizing that the thing we once thought was impossible is now something we can do.

And maybe that’s why challenging ourselves on the mat feels so rewarding.

Because the lessons don’t stay on the mat.

Every time we practice doing something uncomfortable, we’re reminded that discomfort doesn’t mean stop. Sometimes it means keep going.

The more we learn to trust ourselves in challenging moments, the more fearless we become outside the studio too.

Maybe that’s the real practice — not becoming people who never feel afraid, but becoming people who don’t let fear make the decision.

What’s something that once felt impossible to you that you can do now? 🤍
