🧠 POTS and the brain: could neurofeedback help?
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) can involve much more than changes in heart rate. People may also experience brain fog, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, fatigue, dizziness, and emotional dysregulation.
Neurofeedback may help support brain and nervous system regulation by targeting areas involved in attention, emotional regulation, arousal, and autonomic balance.
Every brain is different, so treatment should be individualized.
