Today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Seven years ago, LMA Psychotherapy was just a dream—a vision of creating a space where people could feel heard, supported, and empowered. Thanks to this amazing community, that dream became a reality.

Because of your trust and support, I’ve been able to do the work I love while still being present in the roles that mean the most to me—mom, wife, and daughter. That balance is a gift I will never take for granted.

To every client who has walked through our doors, every colleague who has shared this journey, and every friend and family member who has cheered us on—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
