PhlebCARE Mobile Lab & DNA Solutions® is growing, and we’re looking for experienced phlebotomists to join our San Diego team.

Open Positions
• Part-Time W-2 Phlebotomist
• PRN / On-Call W-2 Phlebotomist

This is a hybrid in-clinic and mobile position. Team members will provide specimen collection services at our San Diego clinic and at various locations throughout San Diego County, including patient homes and healthcare facilities.

Team members must also be willing to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
• Current California CPT I or CPT II certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
• Proficient in patient identification, specimen labeling, handling, and processing
• Comfortable with difficult-stick, geriatric, homebound, and medically complex patients
• Able to work independently in both clinical and mobile settings
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout San Diego County
• Ability to respond to scheduled and time-sensitive on-call assignments
• Hospital experience is a plus

Additional Requirements
• TB screening/clearance required
• Must successfully complete applicable onboarding and credentialing requirements
