Worried about a loved one’s fall risk? Start with these three home adjustments you can do today: 1) Clear pathways. Remove rugs and clutter from main walking routes to reduce tripping hazards. 2) Improve lighting. Add brighter bulbs and night lights in hallways and bathrooms for safer vision. 3) Add stable supports. Install grab bars by the toilet and in the shower, and place non-slip mats where needed. These simple steps help promote safer movement for seniors.

April came in HOT and the center absolutely matched the energy. Every single individual who walked through our doors this month showed up ready to work and it shows. Big breakthroughs, small-but-mighty wins, new goals, new strength…our community has been kicking ass on every level.

We’re seeing mobility improve, confidence skyrocket, and transformations unfold in real time as we spring into the spring. If April was this strong, May doesn’t stand a chance. Let’s keep the momentum rolling and keep proving what consistent movement can do.

Supporting someone with Parkinson’s is about showing up in the ways that matter — learning their rhythms, moving with them, giving space when things slow down, and offering simple cues that make each step feel possible.

It’s listening to their voice, creating safe moments, celebrating every win, and asking what they need that day. Small actions, big impact.

Rewiring for strength and greater independence

Our client Jimbo (C level) is performing cable back extensions in the Rifton, cueing to push through the legs and maintain controlled movement. Each repetition excites the neural pathways that connect to the target muscle groups. We are building to retrain coordination, build power, and move closer to functional independence.

With ARC‑EX spinal stimulation and activity‑based therapy, we’re not just building muscle — we’re rebuilding communication between brain and body.

Give it a try — movement is progress.
