There are women who want deep, intense, risqué activity. They can't imagine wanting anything else. And there are women who cannot fathom what that would even be like.

Both of you think the other one is a different species. You're not.

Few people actually live at the furthest ends. Most women sit somewhere in the middle and assume that's their permanent address — soft here, and maybe a little more if the mood is right. But when a man knows how to build, she finds herself somewhere she never would have named on her own. Not because he pushed. Because he read her and kept going.

And for the highly s*xual women with a ferocious appetite? What happens when she finally gets real emotional connection from a man who isn't simping, isn't performing, isn't handing her everything she asks for. She softens. Not because the intensity was fake — because she was using it to feel something, and now she can feel it another way.

Plainly after a decade of this work: almost no woman wants to be handled too carefully. Cautious, tentative, over-gentle, asking permission at every inch — that's the one place on the spectrum nobody is asking to live.

Tenderness isn't the same as timidity. One is a choice. The other is a man who doesn't know what he's doing.

Where you land isn't fixed. It moves with who you're with, how safe you are, and how much he's paying attention.

You're holding hands. You're cuddling on the couch. You're doing the baby voice. And you haven't slept together in quite some time...

Affection isn't s*xual intimacy. There are three buckets — platonic, sensual, s*xual — and most couples pour everything into the first one and then wonder why the house feels like a lease agreement.

Platonic runs from zero affection all the way up to Netflix and a hand on a knee or a snuggle. Warm. Safe. Sexless. Sensual is touch with intention behind it — the hand that stays a half second too long, the kiss that isn't a greeting. Sexual is what you already know it is.

Sensuality is the on-ramp. From platonic, s*xual is a leap most people won't make cold. From sensual, it's almost automatic.

Some women want the leap. Some need the build. Learning which one your body desires is what I want you to tell me down below.

And if you're not even in the platonic bucket — no kiss hello, no touch before bed, nothing in the kitchen, nothing on the couch — that's not a rut, that's two people exchanging air. Get help. This week.

Tonight: touch her once with no destination attached. No agenda, no ask, no follow-up question. Just contact that means something.

Modern culture has completely warped the concept of submission, turning it into a caricature of blind obedience, control, or subservience.

True submissiveness is worlds apart from that.

In a healthy relationship, submission isn't a position of weakness—it is an act of deep trust and profound surrender that actually allows your man to take care of you. It is the conscious choice to step back from decision-making fatigue and let your partner handle the heavy lifting. It’s knowing that you are so deeply seen and understood that you don't even have to think about the next choice.

But this dynamic can only exist under two strict conditions:
1. You must deeply like, respect, and trust the man you are with.
2. He must have your absolute best interests at heart.

Being led isn't a man demanding his way; it's a man knowing you so well that he's delighted to choose for you in a way that will please you. And it doesn't mean you can't speak up!

When you learn to hand over the reins to a man who can handle them, you finally get the space to just exist, relax, and flow.

Let's discuss openly below.

Let's talk about an interesting little secret in the intimacy world: many women don’t actually want to be kissed first.

Society tells us that a passionate encounter always starts with a deep make-out session. But for so many of us, having a partner go straight for the mouth feels invasive, stressful, or like an immediate turnoff. It pulls us right out of our bodies and into our heads.

The truth? Skipping the kissing and moving straight to s*x can actually be simpler, hotter, and more passionate. There is a deeply primal, intense power in unwavering eye contact and pure presence that intertwines your souls before anyone ever presses their face against yours.

Are you a girl who requires nonstop kissing to feel connected, or do you crave that deep, silent intensity instead? Let's discuss in the comments.
Oh and visit me and closeness.com and take the quiz if you think you need out of your relationship.

No one teaches women how to be s*xy anymore. Somewhere we decided it was insulting to suggest it could be learned.

So now there's a generation of women who can run a household, negotiate a raise, manage a family calendar and three group chats — and cannot access their own sensuality on purpose. Not because they lack it. Because nobody ever told them it was a skill, and a skill you don't practice goes quiet.

Sexiness is a skill in the same way presence and slowness are. Letting yourself be looked at without immediately doing something about it — enormous skill. Men will tell you a woman is s*xy "without even trying," and they believe that. What they're actually watching is a woman who is comfortable in her own body and unhurried in it. That looks like nothing. It's not nothing.

You can't get there while you're in manager mode. Certainty, control, logistics — those live in your head, and this lives lower. So the invitation is small: before you take care of business downstairs, take four minutes and put yourself somewhere else. Music. Warm water. Your own hands. A fantasy you'd be embarrassed to say out loud. Whatever moves you from running your life to inhabiting it.

Four minutes. That's the whole assignment.

Then tell me what worked. I read every one of these.

If you want the actual training — femininity, polarity, desire, and how to get a man to meet you there — that's what I do at closeness.com

Perfect on paper. Best friends. Beautiful kids. In-laws who actually like each other. And nobody has touched anybody in eight months.

Close to half the women who sit in my office describe exactly this, and they think they're the only one. You're not. But there are only a few ways this can go — and three of them cost you the family.

I'll walk you through all four honestly, including the ones nobody says out loud. Then I'll give you the one that keeps everything you've built and puts the heat back where it's supposed to be.

It takes two things: a man willing to be taught, and a woman willing to be patient while he learns. That's the whole price of admission.

Which one are you dealing with right now? Tell me below — I read these.

The first O isn't the event. It's the doorway. Once your body settles, you can build again — and what comes after is often stronger than what started it. It's worth gently pushing through or seeing what's on the other side of of your one.

If you've always stopped at one, it may not be your body. It may be that you never gave it the chance. Part 3 of 3.

Women fall into two categories... stay with me:
The ones who know exactly what they want…
and the ones who don’t (and don’t know how to ask for it).
This is for the first group.
Don’t let him flail.
Don’t expect mind-reading.
And never say “want to know what worked with the last guy?”
Instead, keep it short and dirty-clear:
“I like this.”
“That feels good.”
“Push like this”
“Flick it like that.”
A few fragmented phrases. That’s all it takes to cue him up so you actually get the pleasure you already know you want.

He didn't make it happen. He helped — you allowed it. That's not semantics. It's the difference between women who stop at one and women who don't.

If you've ever decided mid-way that you weren't going to get there — you were right. That decision is the whole story. Part 1 of 3.
