New Phase 3 research is adding to the growing conversation around innovative treatments for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

Definium Therapeutics recently shared positive results from PANORAMA, a Phase 3 study evaluating DT120, an investigational LSD-based treatment for GAD. The study found that participants receiving the 100 µg dose experienced greater improvements in anxiety symptoms compared with placebo.

This research is especially meaningful to Kadima, as we participated as a clinical trial site in Voyage, the sister Phase 3 study, with Dr. David Feifel serving as an investigator.

We’re proud to contribute to research exploring new possibilities in mental health care and look forward to following what comes next.

DT120 is investigational and has not been approved by the FDA.

🔬 Kadima is enrolling participants for a clinical trial investigating an experimental psychedelic compound for the treatment of adjustment disorder in cancer patients.

This is a legal, FDA-approved study conducted under full medical supervision.

You may be eligible if you:

•Are between 18 and 80 years old
•Have been recently diagnosed with cancer
•Are feeling emotionally overwhelmed
•Can travel to our research site in La Jolla
•Participants are compensated for time and travel.

This study is part of an important effort to explore new potential treatments for mental health.

New Phase 3 research is putting LSD-based treatments in the spotlight.

Definium Therapeutics’ investigational treatment, DT120, showed rapid and sustained reductions in anxiety symptoms after a single dose in a Phase 3 trial for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

While more research is still ahead, these findings represent another important step in exploring new approaches to mental health treatment.
