Lately, I’ve been paying attention to what happens when I stop making decisions based on what I should do and start noticing what actually feels true.

Who do I laugh harder around?
Where can I exhale?
What makes me curious again?

What brings out the version of me that’s playful, creative, a little ridiculous, and completely unedited? And what consistently leaves me feeling smaller afterward?

I don’t need to make any of those things good or bad to pay attention to what they’re showing me. I can appreciate what something was and still know it isn’t for me anymore.

I can love someone and have boundaries.
I can change my mind.
I can choose joy without needing to justify why it matters.

Turns out, knowing yourself changes what you’re willing to keep making room for. Not everything deserves your yes just because you have a big heart. 🌸

Attention, ladies. 🤎 I’m officially bringing massage back into my work.

And there’s actually a reason I waited.

When I opened My Vibrant Harmony back up, I challenged myself to offer only Reiki and sound healing for a while.

I’m really glad I did.

I’ve been doing massage and bodywork for a very long time, and if you’ve worked in this field, you know… massage can bring in all kinds of clientele. 😂

At this point in my life and my work, I’ve become much more discerning about who I want to share this space with and the kind of practice I want to build.

I wanted the people finding My Vibrant Harmony to understand that the energy work matters here. The nervous system matters. The emotional body matters. The environment we create together matters. This isn’t about getting somebody on and off a massage table and moving on to the next appointment.

And by leading with Reiki and sound healing first, I feel like I’ve been able to build exactly that kind of clientele.

So now, massage gets to come back. 🤎

And for this season of my practice, I am intentionally offering this work to women.

I want to focus more deeply on supporting women through the different seasons of our lives… the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone… and everything those seasons can hold.

The tired bodies. The changing bodies. Motherhood. Stress. Relationships. Hormonal seasons. Identity shifts. Grief. Growth. Pleasure. Rest. The years where everybody seems to need something from you. The years where you’re figuring out who you are again.

All of it.

Because personally? I’m tired too. 😂 My body hurts. I’m raising kids. I have a husband and a relationship that requires care. I run businesses. I carry stress. I have a whole human life happening while also trying to remember that I live inside a body that deserves to be cared for.

That is the kind of space I want this practice to be.

So alongside Reiki and Sound Healing, Massage is officially back at My Vibrant Harmony.

And I’ve created packages because I really want to make ongoing care accessible for the women who want to come regularly:

I’ve had to learn boundaries. Discernment. When to give. When to receive. How to be deeply present with someone without making myself endlessly available to them.

And maybe most importantly, that I don’t have to know everything before I’m allowed to know something really well.

I can teach and still be taught.
Guide and still need guidance.
Be confident in my craft and still be growing.

I wish we talked about this side of being a practitioner more.

Not just how to learn the modality, but how to actually live, work, and build a practice around it while remaining a whole human being yourself.

I think I’m ready to talk about that part more. 🤍
