Exciting News: Aster is Joining Elation Health!

We are thrilled to announce that the Aster team is joining forces with Elation Health. This acquisition is driven by our shared mission to develop tools for clinicians that can help them restore joy in their practice.

Like Elation, Aster was founded a sibling duo who refused to accept the status quo in healthcare. Dr. Lailah Kara-Newton experienced undiagnosed preeclampsia during her first pregnancy, resulting in an emergency C-section and NICU admission for her son. That experience galvanized her and her sister Fifi Kara to create an AI-native platform for women's health.

Together, we're accelerating toward a future where agentic AI handles the work around the visit, so clinicians can focus entirely on the patient in front of them.
