WESTPAK, Inc. is proud to spotlight Eddie Pavlu, our Chief Operating Officer and employee-owner, whose leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision continue to drive our growth and culture of operational excellence.

With decades of experience across engineering, operations, and executive leadership, Eddie brings a rare blend of hands-on technical depth and high-impact management. Prior to WESTPAK, he served in senior leadership roles at Elliott Laboratories, UL Solutions, and National Technical Systems, leading global operations, scaling organizations, and driving performance across multiple business verticals.

As COO, Eddie oversees WESTPAKโ€™s San Jose Bay Area and San Diego operations, advancing operational innovation, service quality, and our mission as a 100% employee-owned company. A published engineer, inventor, and co-founder of MycoWorks, Eddie exemplifies integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Eddie is an avid adventurerโ€”an amateur astronomer and astrophotographer, hiker, scuba diver, and skydiver.

Meet Nicholas Tsellas, ๐‹๐š๐› ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ญ WESTPAK, Inc., and a shining example of what it means to lead with purpose in an employee-owned company.

Nicholas joined WESTPAK in 2015 as a Test Technician and has since grown through multiple rolesโ€”Associate Test Engineer, Test Engineer I & II, Production Manager, and now Lab Manager. His journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence, innovation, and team development.

With a degree in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University and an ISTA Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) credential, Nicholas brings both technical expertise and strategic insight to his leadership. His approach is hands-on, collaborative, and always focused on delivering the highest quality testing services to our clients.

Outside of WESTPAK, Nicholasโ€™ hobby is music production. He enjoys spending time in his home music studio.

As Lab Manager, Nicholas plays a critical role in maintaining WESTPAKโ€™s reputation for precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction. His story is a powerful reminder of the opportunities that come with ownershipโ€”and the impact of growing together.
